The new Ecolean packaging is more convenient and sustainable compared to our previous packaging. The packs are recyclable as soft plastics (depending on local recycling facilities) and have a lower environmental impact. They stand up, can be sealed with a snap close clip and have an air filled handle for easy pouring. Once empty, the pack is as flat as an envelope which equates to less waste.

Yes. Regular cream has at least 35g of fat per 100g of cream in Australia and New Zealand while Dairy Whip Whipped Cream has only 27.6g of fat per 100g. For those who are watching their fat intake, Dairy Whip Lite has only 18g of fat per 100g serve.
From a 250g can of Dairy Whip Whipped Cream, one can expect to obtain between four to five cups of whipped cream.
Dairy Whip Whipped Cream is made from fresh cream, just as whipping cream is, but ingredients have been added to the cream to enhance its functionality making it convenient for instant use in the unique pressurised can. Because of this, Dairy Whip is designed to be expressed from the can just before serving.
It contains a much higher content of air than normal whipping cream (as much as 2 ½ times more) which makes the foam more unstable and hence it tends to break down and 'disappear' after a short period of time. To avoid disappointment serve immediately.
One of the most common reasons for cream not dispensing from the can is incorrect product usage resulting in gas loss. Follow the usage instructions on the side of the can. Shake the can firmly 3 to 4 times only, it is important not to over shake. Remember to hold the can completely upside down when the product is being dispensed. This ensures that the gas does not escape at the same time as, or instead of, the cream being dispensed. Always keep it refrigerated. Do not attempt to heat the can, even when empty, as this is potentially dangerous. Heating will increase the pressure within the can and this could result in an explosion.
