Lactoferrin is an iron-binding globular glycoprotein naturally occurring in mammalian milk. It is widely recognised as having the potential to provide antibacterial, antiviral & immunomodulatory support for infants and adults(1)(2).

Lactoferrin is a globular glycoprotein commonly found in mammalian milk. Lactoperoxidase is a peroxidase enzyme secreted from mammary glands. It has been shown that both lactoferrin and lactoperoxidase have antimicrobial (4) and antiviral (5) properties.
