Smashed Meringue Berry Cups

Ingredients

6-8 coloured meringues

1 punnet blueberries

1 cup frozen berries

1 cup chopped strawberries

1 cup jelly cups

Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream

Method

Crush meringues and place in the bottom of serving jars
Add the blueberries, strawberries and frozen berries
Swirl the Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream on top
Add a layer of jelly cubes
Top with extra Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream, meringues and berries
